1. Our Services

Shinobi Story is an independent open-world ninja MMO operated from the United States. We may update, test, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the services as the project evolves.

We work hard to keep things running, but online games need maintenance, updates, balance changes, bug fixes, and occasional downtime. Access is provided as available.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Shinobi Story. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close the account and delete related information where appropriate.

3. Personal Use

Shinobi Story is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please do not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially use the services or game content unless we clearly allow it.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, please provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Please do not sell, trade, share, transfer, or misuse accounts. If you think someone else has access to your account, contact us as soon as possible.

5. Virtual Content

Shinobi Story may include premium currency, gameplay currency, cosmetics, items, characters, progress, rewards, and other in-game content.

That content is part of the Shinobi Story experience. It is meant for use in the game, is not money, and cannot be sold for cash, traded for money, redeemed for cash, or moved outside approved systems.

Because the game will grow over time, we may adjust, rebalance, replace, reset, or remove in-game content when needed for gameplay, testing, technical issues, security, legal compliance, or service changes.

6. Payments and Support

We may offer optional donations, supporter options, purchases, premium currency, or other ways to support the project. We will try to be clear about what you are getting before you support or buy anything.

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details. Payments and donations are generally final except where required by law or approved by us.

If something goes wrong with a payment, please contact us first so we can look into it. Chargebacks or payment disputes may require us to lock the related account while the issue is reviewed.

7. Community Rules

We want Shinobi Story to be fun, fair, and welcoming. You agree to follow the law, respect other players and staff, and avoid behavior that harms the game, community, or services.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, abuse, impersonation, or disruptive behavior.
• No cheats, hacks, bots, automation, exploits, tampering, or unauthorized software.
• No spam, griefing, offensive usernames, fraud, real-money trading, account selling, or unauthorized commercial use.

If rules are broken, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or apply technical restrictions. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

8. User Content

You keep ownership of content you create or share. By sharing it through Shinobi Story, you give us permission to host, display, moderate, and use it to operate, improve, and promote the game.

Your username, character, gameplay, screenshots, clips, posts, or event participation may appear in community updates, streams, social posts, trailers, or promotional materials.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without owing compensation.

9. Security and Anti-Cheat

Fair play matters. We may monitor activity, investigate reports, review logs, and use security or anti-cheat tools to protect Shinobi Story and its players. Refusing or interfering with these tools may limit your access.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use information. Please read it so you understand how privacy works across Shinobi Story.

11. Disclaimers

Shinobi Story is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost access, lost in-game content, service interruptions, data loss, or gameplay outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be illegal.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the services, misuse payment systems, harm the community, or break the law. Depending on the situation, this may affect account access, progress, and in-game content. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.

13. U.S. Law and Disputes

Shinobi Story is based in the United States. These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. If a problem comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the project changes. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of Shinobi Story after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
