• Payment confirmation information: transaction status, purchase or donation records, premium currency activity, and processor-provided identifiers. We do not store full payment card details.
• Device, log, and security information: IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, launcher activity, crash logs, anti-cheat signals, fraud signals, and diagnostic data.

We use information to operate Shinobi Story, manage accounts, provide gameplay features, deliver in-game content, maintain premium currency balances, process support requests, send service messages, improve the game, fix bugs, analyze usage, prevent cheating, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and protect users and services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Shinobi Story, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, support, security, anti-cheat, and infrastructure providers.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand website traffic, interactions, and errors, improve the services, and diagnose problems. These providers may process information such as pages visited, clicks, referring pages, browser and device details, approximate location, and diagnostic data.

Vercel Analytics is designed to operate without cookies. PostHog uses cookies and local storage to maintain identifiers. You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.

5. Third-Party Services

Shinobi Story may link to or use third-party services such as payment processors, Discord, social platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, anti-cheat providers, and support systems. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

We keep information as long as needed to operate Shinobi Story, maintain accounts, provide support, enforce rules, prevent cheating or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please keep your account credentials safe too.

7. Age Requirement

Shinobi Story is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 provided us information, contact us so we can review it.

8. U.S. Processing

Shinobi Story is based in the United States. If you use the services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your location.
