I have an issue where my laucher opens but the progress bar says Synchronizing launcher and doesn't start.. I even left it over night. 

I downloaded the game via Dropbox and can play. But I'm missing important updates like minimap and other stuff

Hey, Akapato. 

If you have this issue try running the launcher as "administrator" from the dialogue box that appears on "right-clicking"
