Just so i understand correctly, the download is working without the popup banner that shows download progression and the launch button???

Hello, I have been trying to begin the download through the launcher. Unfortunately it runs in the background ( I see it processing in task manager) but the launcher screen showing download progression does not appear. It seems as if it is not doing the download at all. Any help would be much appreciated it.
