The ≸ Commission

The Commission first came to be in the Land of Keys originally under the jurisdiction of the Jōmae Village. The First Commissioner dissatisfied with the villages priority of espionage despite having plenty of able shinobi fit for other tasks set out from the village with a handful of shinobi the village had decided was "unfit" because of their lack of skill with espionage. The First Commissioner and his crew traveled across the lands taking jobs as they came, but as time passed The Commission's membership grew and it's goals changed, no longer were they simple mercenaries, they were an organization who would accept and utilize anyone with skill no matter the subject, collecting and building an army of specialized shinobi for all situations and providing a home to those who were underappreciated.

The primary function of The Commission is to recruit and cultivate unwanted, unnoticed, or underappreciated talent and provide a system that allows them to cultivate and prove their skills through various jobs and objectives that are suited for their individual specializations.

Currently as the game is not active no relationships with villages or other notable influential organizations, factions, or clans exist.
